Plenty of places make good sauvignon blanc, but Puzelat, CRB, and @Noella Morantin have me convinced that Touraine does it best. The texture is so unique, both supple and bracing.

Ripe, but cool ripe. Rebirth of cool ripe. Yellow fruited with mineral notes emerging from within. Fresh and pretty. Kind of a golden sunset of a wine. Definitely, rebuy. Really like this.

Wondering if I have a flawed bottle: nose overwhelmed by smell of sulfur matchheads. Wine is clearly frizzante. Flavor is ok on day 2. Happy ending, returned the bottle, #2 was very nice. Clear, no bubbles, nose correct, nice & tart.
