Slightly effervescent. Some grapefruit, some strawberry and watermelon. Opened up nicely. Welll rounded and good finish.

So pink it’s almost salmon for Thanksgiving!. Smells like zinger tea and apple skins. Flavor is cider-like. Plenty of funky. Stem. Like chewing grape stems. And tart under-ripe plums cooked with strawberries. It’s a funky and strange rosé.
