Nov 2025: CabSav, Saperavi + a tiny bit of an autochthonous variety. Nice

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Saperavi, 5% Rară Neagră

Drinking with Mom and Dad, and eating with Emily and Filipe! Alaska 2022. Beautiful ruby color, nose is darker fruit. The taste almost has a smoky, fatty, even bacon-y flavor! Combined with darker red fruit and raspberries. Very yummy!

Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, saperavi 25%, rata neagra 5%

Too much cabernet to my liking.

Wonderful dark color. Bold fruit. Some tannin with Little pepper (good for me)
