On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium and loaded with savory minerals. As if anyone ever needed confirmation of P del B’s great product and value. Entering its prime, bright red flowers on the nose leading a deliciously dry and delicate array of red cherry, leather and sandalwood notes. Nicely lifted and perfect match for Wagyu.
