Kamloops, British Columbia, BC designation. Medium purple red in color. Initially tutti frutti, later raspberry and spice notes in nose. Raspberry and blueberry notes in mouth, coffee and seed bitterness in finish, blueberry aftertaste. Light on acid, slightly elevated alcohol. Better with food and a little chill on it, but definitely not a fruit-forward Pinot.

Sep 2nd, 2017Bought this on the Kamloops trip and the intention was to save it but we left it in the car in 40 degree weather. Was still tasty when we drank it a week later but noted that there was a slight off taste

Aug 13th, 2019From a boutique Thompson River Valley vineyard this approachable Pinot Noir was a pleasant ending to a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner in the snow covered and very cold Canadian Rockies with good friends.

Dec 25th, 2017Kamloops... Wine... In the same place? The Kamloops wine route sign just went up. This Pinot Noir would put this location on the map, but it is now sold out. A very fruit forward wine has an inviting nose, ample berry mouth feel with balanced acidity but noticeable alcohol, subtle finish.
