Wow what a difference 3 days makes. Opened this up and didn’t like it. There’s good structure but a lavender soapy flavor that carries from front to back. 2 days later it’s better. 3 days and it’s gone and this is beautiful! Floral and muted light red fruits. Very lean and cleansing palate. Great porch sipper or raw oyster bubbles. WF
