Big lush fruits, chocolate, coffee and cedar and beautiful acidity. I wish I had bought more of this wine!

I let this air out for about 4 hours. Glad I did. Soaring nose of clean dark berry, plum, and tobacco lifted me up and floated me back down into my chair. Wowsies! The drinking part of this wine is more or less as expected but still very enjoyable providing dark plummy fruit, anise, smoothed out tannic structure. Misses a bit mid-palate. That being said I spent most if my time with it sniffing while my wife depleted most of the bottle herself. Go figure.

I forgot how much I enjoy Pride wines and was happy to find one in the cellar. Vibrant and rich, dark red fruit on the nose, raspberries, brown sugar, slight earthy/mushroom. Silky entry with big red fruit, a touch of vanilla, full bodied, sweet tannins. A great wine.

Young and drum tight. Underripe tannins, but the trajectory is solid and upright. Classic showing from Pride.

Great wine. Has smoothed out with time. Dark fruit, good acid, silky tannin. It's at its prime now. I think it's got 6 more months before it declines.
