Prairie-Vous Francais Farmhouse Ale

A touch cloudy lemon yellow in appearance with a medium white head. A bit stinky with a touch of citrus rind and hay. Smooth and crisp mouthfeel with some funkiness and stone fruits. Medium length finish. Perfect Saison for people new to the style.

Pleasantly effervescent and tangy. Fine stuff.

First. First really exciting beer I've had from these guys in a long time I think some of the Brett has gotten out of control, and over-the-top. Delicious. Well I think the basic Parie ale is still my favorite, at 3.9% alcohol, this is delicious

Dry and bretty. Super good!

I like beer that has flavor and not flavor that kills your tastebuds kind of flavor. Like the I want more flavor.
