Mid Lemon in colour. Aromas of white flowers, herbs and a touch of musk. Lemon notes initially on palate and a little acidic but with air white peach and Quince flavours became apparent. Some of these European Rieslings don’t cellar as long as many of the better Australian Dry Riesling Cuvées in my experience.
