Binge-worthy. All the way around. Tight enough for a decant, and it just took off from there. Oodles of currant float on the nose. As it breathes and opens up it starts to display sweet cassis on the edges while the tannins just leisurely wrap themselves around the palate. Rich & bold yet extremely expressive as it evolves. Truth be told I thought we opened it up early- but this could only improve by laying down for a couple more years. As fun-loving and spirited that it’s name would infer- this is a serious Cab for its price in particular.

Soft, non offensive. Almost hotel wine like.luckily, not that bad. Light vanillin, roasted plum. Easy Cali Cab...

I love the Poppy Pinot Noir, and the Cab does not disappoint. Dry, but not overly woody. Good buy at $12.99. Nice bottle to open for a night inside with a pizza or cheese and crackers.

Starts like toast of good bread. From they goes slight jamlike and disappears quickly and pleasantly. Small and timid bouquet, doesn't leave too much behind. Something of a cherry. Would take with food next time.

Visiting CA and trying some local reasonable priced wines. This wine is $12, a 2014 Cab, and it's great but to me doesn't taste like a Cab. A dark Ruby, lighter than a Napa Cab, with sweet Berry fruit and light spice. On the palate sweet blueberry, and black cherry flavors with nuances of licorice, enveloped wrapped together with some vanilla and distant hints of mocha. Full-bodied, well-balanced, with very soft tannins on a medium finish. Drink now, no aging potential.
