1998 vintage. At Hostellerie Levernois, Beaune. Medium lemon hue. On the nose, surprisingly fresh and fruity with baked cheese cake notes. On the palate, persistent light bubbles and medium plus acidity, generous concentration of citrus flavours and a creamy finish. This is good! Drink now but clearly will keep for a while yet.
