A blend of about 40 crus from the Champagne region, with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and about one-third Chardonnay, aged for almost 3 years. Fresh vibrant champagne, fruit/floral bouquet, w/chalky minerals. Fine bubbles, nice mousse, showing quality. Outstanding rich flavors of peach, lemon and honey, well balanced, good structure, creamy. Finish with yeast & mineral notes that lingered. Very consistent quality. — 15 days ago

Pleasant sparkling rose with initial strawberry notes making way for orange, dried apricot, and florals dominating on palate and finish. The floral notes shined through beautifully when paired with mushroom risotto. Has good acidity and freshness that will help this pair well with a lot of foods, but makes for a pleasant aperitif as well. Brut Apanage Champagne Blend
This wine colors up a pale yellow-green in the glass, with plenty of frothy white bubbles. The nose is full of pears and apples. On the palate, citrus and toast dominate, while the acidity tingles. Aperitif? Sure. Pair it with potato chips? Why not? Cheese plate, salami, birthday cake? Yes, yes, if you must.
