Pommery
Brut Rosé Royal Champagne Blend
Ah us rosé Champagne, my true true love. This one is plush and mouth filling. Along with red fruits and herbs I get a but of a seashell vibe. Toasty finish, toast to that.

Sep 9th, 2022I believe this champagne rosé is Chardonnay dominant. Either way it’s absolutely delicious and it’s not the first time I’ve sipped it this year which should tell you something!
It’s a pretty salmon like colour in the glass. Fresh cherries, lemon, baking spice and homemade cookie aromas rise from the glass. It’s juicy, super smooth and an absolute pleasure to drink.
All opinions are my own. Drink what you enjoy!

Pale salmon hue. Tiny bubbles racing to the surface. Nose offers citrus, tart peach, strawberry, raspberry, sourdough, yeast, dried rose petals, almond croissant, brioche, toasted almond, chalk, and wet stone.

.
Palate is dry, creamy, soft, beautifully balanced with lively citrus. Lingering finish. NV. ABV 12.5%.

Brut-lover here remembering Madame Louise Pommery and rejoicing over her oenological ingenuity.

Bubbles paired magnificently with the grilled chicken and spinach, cucumber, and watermelon salad, topped with a homemade champagne vinaigrette, basil, and feta cheese. A bite of the watermelon and feta followed by a sip of this wine = bliss 😍😍😍
