Deep caramel color. Aromas and flavors of honey, apricot reduction, hazelnuts, caramel, orange marmalade, fresh baked shortbread. Full bodied, almost syrupy. Acidity is just shy of where I'd expect it to be but still a delightful desert wine. Very long finish, at least 20-30 seconds!
