Great value at 21 bones. Smells, tastes, and finishes like Sangiovese from Italy! Good leather and spice. Some red apple and dried flowers. Touch of berry. Not super complex but it sure is nice to drink.

2019 vintage. Picked up a bottle at Trader Joe's paying $21.99. For Brunello, light body. Pleasant nose. Playful and substantial enough-in a beyond solid Brunello vintage-to pick up a few bottles to have laying around for guilt-free/casual consumption within the next half-decade. 02.06.25.

I preferred the 2018, but still very good, still the clear bitter chocolate etc— just not the screaming deal the last bottle was. Seems a little more muted and anonymous (maybe it needs age or more air). 91.
