Heavy black pepper on the nose and in the taste. Also dirt and slight smoke. Slight sweetness and juicy notes in taste. Mouth drying when swallowed.

Nice body, deep dark colors, and firm juicy tannins. Used it in a Ragu and later paired it together - easy to drink, solid Montepulciano, but not super noteworthy.
