Medium high dry tannins with flavors of tart cherry and rose. Went well with the grilled sirloin steak. Classic Nebbiolo wine for the region. Solid wine.

Delicious!! Plenty of tannins but nice ripe fruit to balance it out. Decanted for 1 hour before dinner and poured the rest back in the bottle. Even better the next day with a bit more of the tannins smoothed out. Went great with spaghetti!
