Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25% and Sangiovese. This wine is made in the Ripasso method with whole partially dried grapes. Deep ruby colored with moderate aromas of cheery and plum. Saul Eidukas
This is a medium red Nebbiolo from the Langhe DOC. It is dry with medium body, mouth watering tart acidity with medium high tannins. It has the classic floral rose scent with fruity cherry flavors. The tannins loosen up with some airing and this wine should store well for a number of years. Medium long finish and paired well with grilled steak. An excellent value one can drink now or hold. — 6 years ago
