Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25% and Sangiovese. This wine is made in the Ripasso method with whole partially dried grapes. Deep ruby colored with moderate aromas of cheery and plum. The tannins coat the mouth nicely without lingering with moderate acidity and a long, savory finish. Great buy right now at my local Costco.

2013 is not at a peak, but still developing. Bulgarian pepper, raisins, greens, feathers. Color of s deep and intensive. Tannins are round, acidity average+. Good quality wine but I would rather prefer drink it few years later.

A little too early to open 2013 vintage, has lots of acidity and tannins, can wait its turn. Feels misbalanced because of strong alcohol nose and taste, but it will go away with age. Nose is full of blackberry and pepper, caramel, vanilla.

molto bene! SO GOOD! Partially repasso style Veronese Corvina blend with great aromas taste and balance. Figs, cherry, undergrowthn the perfect touch of oak. Think Italian villa in the summer and you go through a countryside stroll. Undergrowth, and fruit forward. Balanced juicy, thick, and full bodied. TOP buy for round $20

Ripasso style red blend from the Veneto. Flavors of dried cherries, cranberries and figs. Chocolate notes with hints of black tea and vanilla. Light oak. Big mouthfeel, smooth tannins and finish. Very nice everyday bottle.

Strong and dusty. After decanting, it opened up with blackberry and dried cherry. Excellent with truffles and pasta.

Very nice blend, full bodied and complex, hint of raisin, perfect to accompany a red-sauce Italian meal.
