All the hallmark characteristics of young Sangiovese at a ridiculously fair price. Cherry, clove, tobacco, rose petal, a bit of mint in the back. Polished tannins, very bright acidity. Another great Marc deGrazia import.

Quite a nice showing from a hot year. Pretty pure, restrained, great acid tension still. Medium tannins and a nice finish. Great pairing with sausages and fresh pasta.
