Umbria Ciliegiolo

Definitely lives up to the ciliegia in its name 🍒. Bright cherry, raspberry, with saline and mineral and a little graphite. Light tannins and nice, bright acids. Was a little surprised at the fruit in the first taste but it’s still pretty dry and I like it. Good chilled. From Town Center Wines, Eastham.

Juicy & fun...decent varietal wine. High acid, low tannin. Cherry cordial. Medium palate, short finish.
