Plantagenet
Great Southern Cabernet Sauvignon
My Dad came across this bottle and I am so glad he decided to share it with us - what a beauty and it brought back lovely memories of our visit to the cellar door in WA’s Great Southern region a number of years ago.
It’s a deep Ruby red colour in the glass. “Mmm” was the first thing I said when I smelt it. I was picking up aromas of mint, cassis, dark chocolate and tobacco. It’s heady, big and bold. However on the palate it’s absolutely elegant with a silky texture and it leaves you with the need of wanting more. Beautiful!
All opinions are my own. Drink what you enjoy!

It's enjoyable, but the oak is still a little dominant. A little more balance would be nice.
