Side by side with the la spinetta barbaersco and I surprisingly preferred the la spinetta. This was classic Barolo to me - funk, tar, rose petal, mushroom. Higher acidity and lighter than the la spinetta.

Super high acidity and a strong tannin structure. Classic Barolo notes. Definitely benefits from decanting.

Started off more closed but took on more weight and slight spice with more air. More structured and texture after some time, still really pretty good
