Pietradolce
Etna Rosso Nerello Mascalese
2016
fresh red cherry, hint of dried fig, meat- bacon, roasted tomato? balsamic. Medium weight (13.5), firm tannins, medium acid. A bit short but lovely all the same. Give it just a year or two

Mar 12th, 2019Fantastic. Fresh, earthy, with lots of subdued fruit. Great finish that is pleasantly dry. Sicilian reds are spot on this time of year.
