Waxy to begin, but opened up into something more yellow fruit forward with good mineral bite. Quite something!

Too young, but already delicious. Mouth filling yet remaining fresh with mineral notes.

This had a more linear style with notes of citrus, pear & apple with a flinty, mineral & white flower finish

Medium fruit notes. Honeysuckle? With a strong mineral finish. I like it and it paired well with the Dover sole and butter pasta. Less structure than I expected but wonderful nonetheless.
