One of the better C-M I’ve had, esp at the village level. Super fine cut and more Chablisean than Chassagnean. 😜

Waxy to begin, but opened up into something more yellow fruit forward with good mineral bite. Quite something!

This had a more linear style with notes of citrus, pear & apple with a flinty, mineral & white flower finish
