Really needed it’s time, but was well worth the wait. Taught acidity opened up into a waterfall of green and yellow fruit at the 3hr mark.

Such a special wine. ‘16 PYCMs are phenomenal across the board. Matchstick, tart lemon, white flowers. Great tension and power on this pup.
