Another stunner. Bright, reductive and dense, textural and crystalline. I wasn’t expecting this to be more open than it was and enjoyed its pure but coiled nature. We gave it a few hours in a decanter and it gave back an evolving set of beautiful, fresh, clean and complex aromatics and flavors. Don’t hurry on these mid-level 2014’s from PYCM

Pale yellow. Lemon rind, dusty tones, almond oil, minerals. Enjoyable.

Outstanding, let breathe for an hour plus for full effect

I’ll say it. Find me a better all around white burgundy producer...

Always delicious. A bit oakier than recall but lush tropical fruit and sufficient acidity for it all to be in balance.
