Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay

Wonderful. Plush and rich. Lemon oil, honey, mint, wet stone. Salinity and precision but a lush mid palate with great length and detailed acidity cutting through. Great stuff

Out of magnum. Such a baby but wow what a baby.

Crisp clean acidity. Not showing much fruit. Reductive on palate.
