Very yeasty with rich lime leaf aromas. Firm citrus (lime again) on the palate. Clean bright finish.

Very open and quite rich for a young cuvée de reserve. 2019 base.

Drank for brunch on Christmas Day 2023 with Elissa’s egg dish. Wonderful pairing. Light, pleasant small bubble mouthfeel, toasted biscuit, slight sweetness on finish. Very drinkable. Flavor seems to go away at finish, but then comes back in a second long wave of mild spice. Very good.

Hmm. Not as good as previous bottles. More green apple, less mineral cut. Disgorged March 2022.

Again that mysterious “all reserve”, Pierre Peters is always so solid

. Apparently different from the Cuvée du Reserve though little info available online - after going to check, staff in the store where I bought it (which was also selling the Cuvée du Reserve for substantially less, and the Oubliee for substantially more) told me this is 100% reserve wine as opposed to 50% for the Cuvée du Reserve but didn’t seem too sure.
Overall it did have nice stuffing but next I’m curious to try it next to the standard version
