Since I just had the 2009 vintage the other night, I figured to try the 2000 vintage to see how these Loire cab francs age.
Nice funky black fruit, and green pepper aromas. BlackBerry, mushrooms, green pepper, and tobacco. Tannins still show a bit and enough fruit structure to last another 3 to 5 years easily.
