Not world changing, but the poster child for aging inexpensive wines. Still true to it's spicy and herbal cab franc roots, but wrapped in silky tobacco and Earth and just the lightest touch of oxidation. Sure, it'd be better with a little more heft, but no one's complaining with Wednesday night dinner
