Aug 29th, 2013Mushrooms and pottery clay nose with baked blackberries. Forrest biomass and black plum intertwine with gamey goodness.. Big fruit tannins; grainy and smooth. A delicious thing. Paired this with Beet Wellington, a beet, mushroom, garlic, kale, and spinach -goat cheese Puff pastry wonder. Knew I would need a dirty girl for this one. Found her in this bottle.
