Light lemon yellow . Nice yellow fruits , lemon peel , white flowers . On the palate a bit more extract than expected , yellow fruits , pretty good bracing acidity , slightly mineral saline notes on the finish . Will probably improve for a couple of years at least , a pretty decent Bourgogne Blanc with a bit more structure than expected .

A slight bit of reduction on the nose in a good way, adding complex notes. A ton of acidity and citrus up front, really drinks like a Chablis with some depth.

Pop and pour. On the nose: sweet apple, vanilla, wet stone, lemon. On the palate: excellent acidity, good density, wet stone, lemon, mabye thins a bit on the close, but nice tangy finish. Good.
