Very tasty on day one (which is what my score reflects). Didn’t hold up in the fridge — day 2 and already headed quite a ways downhill.

Jun 8th, 2020this is a really good one. bouquet has a really nice teriyaki & soy flavor along with fresh flowers and a beef jerky kinda thing. the palate is very silky and well balanced. a hint of acid, a bit of fruit, and some herbal and floral flavors with a tiny bit of fizz sensation. love how restrained this one is — very subtle and balanced.

Beautiful nose of violets, pot pourri, and hints of roasted game. Carbonic, cola notes, great acidity, an all-around excellent wine.
