Palate is so elegant yet tense with citrus, pear and green apple and terrific acid on the backend and minerals that slather on the extended finish. So juicy and with tremendous freshness. Nose now going saline. So finessed yet with such impressive material. Tons of dry extract and man that finish is unbelievable. Okay, Holy Shit the nose is insane now. Just mega elite aromas. Floral, wet earth, sweet wood, stanky minerals. 9.9 nose. It’s just so deep and penetrating. Just insane. Okay, last sip has elevated this wine into 9.9 territory nose and palate. Just so elegant as to break your mind. How can something be so perfect? Most elegant Brisset white I have ever had.
