What a nose. Just insane. Airy, saline, mineral, palate is insane. Devoid of fruit on the nose. But vanilla extract. Focused, rich, but also intensely mineral. So salty. Juicy, clean, luxurious apple. After air the aroma is citrus oil. Citrus pith. Lime top note. So so elegant. Amazingly well knit. Just so great. Amazing tension. So so delicate. Genius. What a finish.
