Took 30 minutes and boom. Rich, textured, ripe, mineral and intense. A brilliant bottle enjoyed with an old friend.

Gorgeous nose. Floral up the wazoo, minerals up the wazoo. So so expansive. Saline. Salty. Saline, white flowers. Superb. Just superb. Palate is glorious, wow what painful concentration, huge minerals. Massive structure, needs 5 years. Inner mouth aromas. Amazing purity and sweet minerals and lovely oak integration. Floral, hint of honey, sweet wood and saline. Needs mega air

@delectable pierre brisset chassagne montrachet la grande montage

On open this is sick. Deep minerals. Some apple. Really dense. Perfumed.

Palate is almost a sweet fruit. Great minerality. Wow.

Bought from fass selections.

An hour in - Petrified flowers. Silky. Elegant juice. Green apple flower crunchy acids. Holy holy holy crap.

Like drinking perfume capsules of aromatics. As this opens this is a miracle. Like drinking perfume if it tasted good.

A Bucket list wine.

Delicious, but still a baby for sure. Gets better and better with air. Gonna try and wait a year or two before popping again.

That nose. Jeez. Sick florals, sick minerals, just amazing. Nougat, saline, iodine, sweet wood. Brown sugar. Brown butter batter. Cookie dough. One of those wines you smell and you know it’s a masterpiece. Palate is even better. Just immaculate. The mineral drive on the palate is just incredible. Sweet wood and sweet fruit. Like the best apple ever. Spicey pear. Amazing finesse. Long finish, harmonious, dense, but also soft but engaging and energetic at the same time. The discreet, sweet wood is just unreal. What a finish. What a mid palate. The explosiveness and sweetness. The mineral tingle is unreal on the finish. This is a miracle. What’s amazing about the finish is sweet wood is an accent but the tingly minerality is the person.

Nose is complex. White flowers. Rounded minerals. Elegant richness.

Palate is wonderful. Sweet apples. Mineral. Still a hint of oak. AmIng balance. Vibrant.

Try in 2 years. Will likely be close to perfect.
