Perfectly smooth and does have a touch more sweetness than other Vouvrays. Paired really nicely with spicy Asian dishes.

Nose: clean, pear, lemon, floral, quince, and honey. Palate- off-dry, medium high acid, creamy mouthfeel but not buttery, ok mid palate. Maybe a little sourness on the finish.
