Yum. It keeps evolving over two hours. Peach, apricot and clove complimented by hazelnut and quince. This is a heavyweight wine with a ton of elegance. It's great today but it could also use 5 years in the cellar to realize its full potential

Much richer than the base Soave. Almost had a <gasp> white burg feel to it. Feels like it would age beautifully. Aged sur lie which accounts for the richness. Really great

Very dark gold robe, almost brassy. Lemon compote bouquet with secondary aroma of caramel and petrol as the tertiary aroma. An organic, late harvested wine and 100% Garganega. Lemon preserves and mango on the palate. There is considerable freshness and length to this wine. #soaveclassico #garganega #italianwines #vinoitaliano #vin_elegance
