This was such a joy to share. White peach, minerals and a richness that was palpable...and lasted on the palate. Bravo!

Another amazing Pieropan Soave. So complex: apricot and other white fruits, and just a hint of oxidation. After consuming some poor Pinot Noir this week, this wine reminded me of what wine should deliver.

Light yellow, with aromas of white peach, apple, lemon and apricot flavors with very light oak, bright acidity but smooth finish with some minerality. Very good😊

Clear pale gold, flecks at rim, lemon, nuttiness, hints of slate/stone. Sweet and zesty with a little richness. Very enjoyable. $17.00

Very dry but crazy how the Italians consider wine as a condiment... it paired great with the poppy seed ravioli
