Marzipan / almond skin, oxidized apples, pastry dough, and green carrot tops are amongst some of the deeper pleasures of the nose of this wine. Delicious!

Gorgeous right now. Shimmering with bright acid, lemon oil, juicy peach stone fruit and hint of exotic tropical notes on the mid palate. Toast and hazelnut showing up, and it all greatly intensifies with air. Decadent, charming and fresh all at once.

I love the 2008's! Perfect temp+decant=flavor town. Minerality is very well integrated with beautiful notes of hazelnut, toast and orchard fruit.
