May 8th, 2018What a delicious, minty, red fruit style red Burgundy! This paired great with ricotta stuffed ravioli with caramelized onions. I am glad we cased up on this.

This Colin has sappy fruit, seamless texture and great fresh, red Pinot fruit. This wine has generous aromatics and flavors- after an hour in the decanter it was completely open, yet never stopped offering interest. This delivers on the promise of good Burgundy- a far rarer bird than great Burgundy, at a very fair price!
