Super weird but I love it! A little sour at first but that mellowed out. TONS of minerals and lots of structure. Sometimes it was almost a little metallic, but not in an offensive way. It definitely mellowed as it opened up and warmed a little. There is a lot going on here and it was compelling to keep drinking it. Almost like an orange wine. Fun!

Fell in love with a Bornard pet-nat Chard last year in Montreal. Was eager to try a non-sparking Chardonnay of his. Was not disappointed. Really enjoyed this with a bit of Comté and rillette.
