This was the Notre Rouge Cab Franc blend. Interesting.

Really lovely sparkler that's lean, minerally, lemony, green appley and dry. Touch of yeast notes (slight nutty/buttery essence) on the nose even. Paired lovely with oven baked dover sole with a brown butter lemon sauce.
