20 year old vine, single vineyard Cabernet Franc. Medium bodied dark cherry fruit balanced with chalky tannins. That tannic structure offers fantastic textural complexity. There is a smokiness which reveals as a nuance on the palate, but is firmly pronounced on the nose along with an elegant floral note. Excellent Chinon.
