Underwood Mountain Sauv Blanc... Wow! Best SB I’ve tasted all year. Most like Sancerre of any US wine I’ve had. Plenty herbal w/ Cat Pee and snap peas but also super fresh lime flavors and racy acidity. Not for everyone but I was surly impressed. Bravo

Golden yellow in color, excellent clarity. Hat and stone fruit notes in nose. Saline-like and tart, with green peach-skin and dried apricot notes in mouth, light to moderate skin astringency. Really interesting Sauvignon Blanc, one of the better I’ve had from Oregon or Washington.

Color of light egg white, a bit bubbly. Nose of copious honey and flowering note, mixed with equal intense ripe fruits like mango, pear, nectar, and addresses with a bit mineral, spice, and medicinal note. Taste of ample acidity with sweetness from ripe fruits, some more zesty and medicinal note to balance, also very juicy and condense. Aftertaste shows some more grapefruit flavors. Full flavor Sauvignon blanc. Pretty good.

Citrus + Stone fruit is absolutely delightful.
I found it to be even better after a week or so in the fridge after opening (if you can hold out) it becomes slightly less acidic. So Good!

New Zealand style Sav Blanc. A lot of grapefruit and gooseberry on the palate. Very aromatic on the nose with hints of grassiness. Very crisp and perfect oyster wine.

New Zealand style on steroids. Flavorful, zippy with hints of grapefruit and gooseberry. Beats the heat on a hot afternoon.

A bit sweeter and less grapefruity than the typical blanc. Nice.
