A very solid, Pouilly-Fuisse like Chardonnay. Nose features straw, Golden Delicious apple fruit, deep stony minerality, melted butter. Very nicely balanced in the mouth, fruit, acid, mineral. Not super complex or long, but not identifiably New World.
