Nice and dry, tart, acid. Strawberry nose.

Fine rosé for a very fine Labor Day. Refined, subtle and elegant. Very mineral-driven and spot-on acidity. Dried melon and strawberry. Preppy. Would go well with seersucker shorts and boat shoes. For a second I thought I was in the Hamptons, but I’m in the sticks, and wouldn’t have it any other way.

King of the type/ well , one of.
Delicate cinsault nose, candied rhubarb and herbs. I will say it’s going head to head with some delicious olive oil from Pruneti tonight. Yes, it’s a wish we were in Provence or Tuscany kind of evening.
The wine however, is fine, soft and nicely treading that line between fruit, soil, herbs. Refreshing.
