2018 is nice four years later. Some good white apricot on the palate. As it opened up more stone fruits became apparent. Not too heavy on the petrol. Good acidity. Good match for the white people’s Asian food at Ramsey’s Lucky Cat on Grosvenor Square

Giddy up, this is at least 3 out of 5 on the nipple hardening scale. Starts of with this lemon sorbet attack, but firms up its grip on the palate, seems to get firmer and more mineral driven with air. Wonderful interplay of fruit and soil, young wine, delicious to drink now with so much to offer. I would love to see this wine again in 5 years. Damn, I love GG's never disappoint I like the direction Germany is heading!
