This is the latest Yellow Label B&V Vineyard Shiraz release from Petaluma in the Adelaide Hills which I recently sampled (thank you Petaluma!).

The B&V Vineyard is in Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills and it’s planted on micaceous schist soils which are perfect for growing Shiraz.

This is Petaluma’s 4th Shiraz which has been certified organically grown and vinified 🌱

In the glass it’s a rich purple red colour. Red fruits, chocolate and spice aromas rise out of the glass. While in the mouth it’s juicy, rich and opulent. Definitely one to enjoy over the next 5-10 years 😋

Available vis petaluma.com.au or Dan Murphy’s for $50 a bottle.

This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!

Very floral and perfumed, with lovely violet aromas and flavors, very supple and nicely balanced, more depth than the Mt. Langhi Ghiran Heathcote, well worth the US$6 at our local Grocery Outlet!!
